- To participate in this competition you must be 18 years of age or over and not be a member of the Tourism Team, Town Centre management or Love Middlesbrough team of Middlesbrough Council. You do not need to subscribe to any of the e-newsletters offered on the card creation form though we welcome you to do so.
- The competition is open to entries from November 16, 2011. All entries must be received by 5.30 PM on January 2, 2012.
- Please note we must have your correct email address in order to contact you if you are the winner. We will not contact you for any other reason unless you have agreed for us to do so.
- When your e-card is viewed by a recipient you will receive an entry. Each qualifying entry will be assigned a number. The winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge appointed by the Love Middlesbrough team. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence about his/her decision will be entered into.
- The prize consists of a Love Middlesbrough Goody Bag including merchandise from mima, the Love Middlesbrough team and more.
- This prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If the winner cannot make use of the prize they can transfer it to someone else. If we do not hear from the winner or they do not wish to transfer the prize another winner will be chosen from eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified be email January 3, 2012. The winner must confirm by email that they are able to make use of the prize by January 10, 2012 at 10.30 AM. If the Love Middlesbrough team is not able to make contact with the winner an alternate winner will be chosen at random on January 10th.
- The name of the winner is available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Middlesbrough Council, Culture and Tourism, Civic Centre, P O Box 504 Middlesbrough, TS1 9FY for up to one month after the closing date of the competition.
- Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity and the Love Middlesbrough team reserves the right to make use of the names of the winners in publicity and promotion.
- The Love Middlesbrough team and Middlesbrough Council cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. The Love Middlesbrough team and Middlesbrough Council are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems of any kind, any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile or any other hardware related to or resulting from participation or dowloading any materials in relation to the competition.
